Well here it is folks another smoking gun on the Obomination.  Here we have an appointed liberal sycophant of the Obomination, one that campaigned for  him before the elections, now telling the world that America is doomed to financial failure under the Congress’s and the Obomination’s tax and spend stupidity!

Where do we go from here?  Vote out every stinking Demoncrat in the coming elections and then we will start on the Repubiclicans who had a field day stuffing the pockets of Halliburton and it’s cronies for whole of the Bush debacle.

Kagan: Constitution Was Meant To Be “Interpreted Over Time” from RCP Video on Vimeo.

You see, folks. Even though Kagan often quotes Israeli Supreme Court Judge Aharon Barak, the bottom line is that Israel does not even have a Constitution. Barak argued in favor of establishing a constitution for Israel, and to this date there is still no formal constitution. Religious Jews were opposed to the idea of their nation having a document which the government would hold to a higher authority thaan religious texts. This coincided with the non-religious viewpoint as expressed by Israel’s first Prime Minister, David Ben Gurion, who said that even though a Proclamation of Independence had been adopted and was a great event, it was merely the beginning of a long process in Israel’s evolution as a democratic state and not “the redemption.” Keep in mind that Judge Barak is noted as having been strongly opposed to the IDF employing the practice of targeted killings when dealing with terrorism, and therefore has come under considerable fire by Israelis much in the same sense that Americans would not favor tying the hands of the US military when targeting terrorists.

In the age of religious indoctrination, some of which leads to acts of violence, political indoctrination also springs from the same clear cut, defined boundaries. The well-known arguments between secularists and the religious elements of society, at least to so-called ‘progressives’, underscores the need for an evolutionary constitutional law. However, this occurs most times by way of legislation becoming adopted into the constitution, and legislative agendas are what Elena Kagan’s mentor, Aharon Barak, drew from when he fashioned Israel’s first prototypical constitution.

Of course, when the judiciary becomes intertwined with the activities of the elected legislative branch, then over time the definition of the makeup of the government itself can be changed, which to many is the precipice of tyranny. Kagan’s approach toward constitutional law being an interpreted over time would never be accepted in Israel even though there is not a constitution per se. Ben Gurion viewed constitutions as having outlived their usefulness during which in times past economic and social disorder required constitutions.

It is not that Kagan’s views about the US Constitution are not correct, but rather she does not take into account the fact that there is a need to maintain social and economic order in the United States. It is just that in a day and age when Americans feel that government has assumed far too much power in controlling others’ lives, this is hardly the time to be arguing in favor of more regulations. The problem in the US is that the Constitution has been amended so much so that it is now a document that is on the verge of becoming meaningless.

The nanny state is a perfect example of how judicially-inspired legislation corrupts the system. It does not take into account that people must be allowed to succeed or fail on their own and assumes that the government can guarantee happiness. Happiness is not guaranteed even though it is a right. The Kagan experience should viewed for what it is, and that would be a dangerous step for America. In fact, many are now openly saying that given the penchant for America to borrow excessively is leading it toward financial ruin. Much of this has to do with wars that are fought but not declared by Congress and thus not paid for as well as social programs that are abject failures, yet nobody seems to be able to say that they have no right to exist.

All I can say is that this video speaks volumes as to why America’s Constitution should be simple and straightforward. Many of the amendments that exist today have become mere rallying points for the media and their propagandists to shake down their fellow citizens by way of taxes. They do this by presenting false arguments for or against issues, which fundamentally are unconstitutional. Yet, oddly nobody says a word. The reason for this is simple. Once social engineering, or socialism, is adopted into the constitution it creates more inequity by favoring one group over another.

Meanwhile, when there is a real need to exercise a basic constitutional right of self-defense, it often gets lost in the muddle of other language in the constitution and leads to situations like what exists in both Israel and the US today, which eerily reflects one another in their inconsistent reaction to an obvious threat from Iran and other rogue nations in possession of weapons of mass destruction.

In other words, the judiciary has no business whatsoever dabbling into the affairs of the legislative branch of government, and vice versa. When it does, a nation becomes weaker because its hands are tied and is unable to defend itself, much in the same way the US is faltering in Afghanistan now.

Well folks it has finally happened after nearly a century the lame ass SCOTUS has finally ruled where they should have on the issue of individual gun rights.  Praising the Jesus!  Hallelujah!  It’s about freaking time!!

This is an argument I have had with the leftist loons on several moonbat websites for over 15 years!  The jerks over at those wacko sites are writhing in agony like worms on a hot sidewalk.  They, the anti-gunners, have had the stuffing kicked out of their collecting nuts and are now in the position of having to run for cover!  This means that ALL of the restrictive gun laws, including ALL of the fallacious assault weapons bans by CA, NY and other like nutbag legislatures are going to be overturned piece meal!

Now we need some of the Federal Firearm Acts overturned and/or repealed.  I want my machine gun without the government knowing about same for instance!!

In this time of destructive political agendas being foisted on the unsuspecting public at large and incessant yammering from the insulted and the offended, we are treading on dangerous ground when we start talking about appeasing the insulted and offended with censorship of any kind.  Such as the hate and violence that has come on the heels of a sarcastic cartoon about Islams so called “prophet” Mohammed by Lar Vilks of Sweden.  The images below is what all the fuss was all about.

We as freedom loving Americans cannot afford to let religious fanatics of any kind rule our country or try to dismantle and destroy our American heritage and culture! I do not care what anyone wants to believe or what religious quackery they want to practice as long as they don’t expect me or any other citizen to believe it also.  Religious zealots of any kind are very dangerous to the American system because it’s too easy for them to paint a picture of persecution while being subtle cancers ready to pounce on society as whole and destroy same!

We now have at the moment an scurrilous attempt by the present Muslim influenced puppet administration to paint a negative picture of everything they see as evil while they prop up evil itself in the form of pandering to Muslim hate groups along with weak immigration enforcement that lets Muslim fanatics slip into our country and wreak havoc, all the while claiming to be persecuted for their backward religious beliefs.

We MUST as American use our freedoms to insure that we do not fall under the slavery and repression of religious fanaticism, especially the ignorant and backward Muslims!  Anyone who proclaims death to those who do not believe as they do, do not belong in the United States of America or any other freedom loving country!

An absurd statement? Not really! There are those among us who wish to see our great nation ruined and thrown into disarray. They see only their narrow goals fed on the greed of  mass materialism. We have always been a nation of values that promoted the core content of the constitution.  There  is no other nation like the ours in past history or today. While not perfect there is no other country to compare with  the US in what we are capable of accomplishing or in our cultural or natural diversity of beauty and grandeur.

Yet we have been sold down the river in slavery to ideals which have NO place in a truly free society that is supposed to be based on the strict principles of the Constitution and a free market economy. Today we have very little of either. We are presently a nation of absurd ideas!  The absurd idea that we owe money to the government for making money. The criminal idea that a central bank owned and operated by a cabal of greedy international bankers can dictate our monetary policy for their benefit at our expense! The sick and demented idea that we can only become something if we pile up huge amounts of money and material possessions.  The enslaving idea that we are owed something by the rest of the citizens who are working hard to make a life for their families and being taxed into debt that can never be repaid.

Who are these traitors among us?  Why they are us!  We are traitors the very ideals of the Founding Fathers, their hopes, their dreams of a future of prosperity and freedom never before experienced by any other humans in the history of mankind.  We have sold ourselves into bondage to a system of corruption and greed unheard of since the time the European monarchies!  Our tendency to to be magnanimous and caring has led us down the primrose path of corrupt government charity and benevolence which has unleashed the oppressive monsters of bureaucratic empires and government agencies which do very little to accomplish their implied goals but cause a huge drain on our economic resources.

While we are all traitors to the ideals of the Founders, there is one group that is particularly traitorous and egregious, that is the Democratic Party, hereafter referred to as the Demoncratic Party.  A party that has been taken over by the very demons from hell.  A party that is so corrupt to very core as to be the epitome of treachery and evil.  A political party so insidious as to appear to be benevolent on one hand but is really chock full of the greediest scum of all.  A party so intent on enslaving the population through taxes and programs they pit the have-not’s against against haves in a deceptive effort to “level the playing field” but which in reality is nothing more that a subtle form of economic slavery for the population that has to work for living while the rich Demoncrats get richer all the while appearing to be benevolent in the act of stripping the working populace of their pay in order to appear to fund government charity programs.  Programs which the Founding Fathers expressly warned against starting in the first place.

We are supposed to be a Federated Republic under law, NOT a oligarchical Demoncracy as we have in place at the moment.  This must stop, now!  We must start the process to remove those in power who are intent on maintaining the status quo, no matter what their political or party affiliation.  The time has come for the nation has a whole to divest ourselves of the policies of the past and revive the Spirit of 1776 and return to true principles of a free market economy and self determination.

The MGMSM would have you believe that THEY are THE all knowing source of information and news.  That THEY are the arbiters of what is right and what is wrong with the world.  If you believe this then you are very ignorant, stupid, and wrong.  The MGMSM is the CANCER that is eating away at the heart and soul of what it means to be an American under our great Constitutional principles.

The recent Stupid Bowl extravaganza was a prime example of putrid attempts to brainwash the viewers into some sort loquacious apathy and swallow that codswallop they tried peddle during the game.  The only advert that had any real value and worth listening to was the Tim Tebow vignettes.  Everything else was crap, yes I called it CRAP.  Part and partial of the marketing principle I call the “Shit Sandwich Special”  This theory of marketing says, “If you correctly package it, market it, and produce it, people will buy a “shit sandwich”, eat it, and then go around telling everyone else how good it is for everyone to eat one also!”  This is what was going on during the Stupid Bowl commercial breaks and every second of every minute of general advertising and news dissemination in America and around the world!

The only way I see this garbage stopping is calling for an all out boycott of the MGMSM in both print and broadcast!  The constant barrage of garbage coming from MGMSM and it’s sycophant affiliates is the reason we have Constitution defiling scumbags in our precious White House and Congress at this very moment!  As concerned citizens we must put an end to this travesty and the only way I see happening is to call for the complete demise of MGMSM in it’s current form!

The other movement towards regaining our national pride and sovereignty is a many pronged attack against the international bankers and the Mega-Glomerates they control.  There are several things that are keeping us economically enslaved to these vile creatures:

1. The 16th Amendment that allows for the criminal extortion called the Income Tax.  The Income Tax would never even seen the light of day today and the promoters would be politically castrated upon announcement of such a scheme, but we still have this POS Amendment defiling the very principles of our great Constitution.  The Income Tax is legalized extortion of the caliber as the Mafia, pay up or we mess you up.  Is this what the Founders envisioned? I think not!

2. The Social Security ponzi scheme that rips off the struggling working youth of this country to pay off all of the old farts who where suckered into believing the government was going to take of them in their senior years.

3. The Medicare/Medicaid scam that takes legally steals money, again from the struggling working youth and gives it to the aforementioned gullible old farts and those who are too lazy or too unwilling to make a life themselves and then go about having children they cannot support which in turn end up draining our pockets for their stupid ignorant inadequacies!

4. The Federal Reserve Act is another criminal act orchestrated by the owners of a private bank run by scumbag international bankers and white collar thieves who are legally stealing our heritage and our national wealth.  They have instilled a system whereby THEIR worthless Federal Reserve Notes are the “legal” currency.  A basically worthless currency which they control and set the value of at their whim!!  We must repeal the Federal Reserve Act pronto!

5.  The Commerce Clause of the Constitution has been used by those controlling the Federal government (read Federal Reserve bankers) to destroy states rights and further instill Federal tyranny down to the citizen level.  This clause and they way it has been used and abused by the courts is the reason we have so much Federal government intrusion into our lives and gives the scoundrels in DC the power to lord over us like tyrannical monarchs.  We must rewrite this clause in such away as to strip the power of the Federal government and give power back to the people where it belongs under the Constitution!

These above five things are what is needed to restore our Constitutional sovereignty and bring our great country back to the stalwart principles of Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, and all the other Founders who fought a bloody struggle to cast out the very things that are being foisted on us as citizens of the greatest nation on earth.  (I don’t care what the ugly witch Michele Obomber says!!)

How many times have you heard this expression, it’s never too late too (do something, anything). It’s a positive encouraging colloquialism that is true in many ways. Another is “Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today”! Added together it almost becomes a commanding edict from the source, doesn’t!

In My case I see it as a call to action against the sins of the greedy and power obsessed of the world, who feed off the suffering of others, i.e. the Mega-Glomerate Corporations and International Bankers! While I am NOT altruistically naive to believe that all the worlds problems can be solved by one voice or by many. I believe that while the silence of the One is disappointing and unfortunate, the silence of the many is deadly!

The common person in today’s MGMSM influenced world is besieged daily with subtle messages of inferiority, doubt, depression, uncertainty, fear and aggression all packed in a rosy presentation with a cheerful smile, and if One is really paying attention, it’s minute by minute. Minute by minute, second by second a constant assault of messages, messages, messages: You’re ugly, You’re fat, You’re driving the wrong car, You’re wearing the wrong clothes and accessories (oh god, let’s not forget the all holy accessories), You’re not thinking correctly, You’re not consuming enough, YOU’RE JUST…..INADEQUATE, PERIOD! The overall message: If YOU wanna be SOMEBODY, then GET more money fool and SPEND, SPEND, SPEND! No wonder so many folks are running around high on synthetic speed(Benzedrine, methamphetamine, etc), synthetic cocaine(Xanax, Prozac, Adderall, all antidepressants, etc), and synthetic heroin(hydrocodone and it’s pain killer cousins) along with the real stuff too!

It’s a wonder folks are not just striking out against each other just out of sheer frustration what with the noise coming from the MGMSM these days. If You want to save Yourself from this torture then it’s very simple. If You are reading this, You are already in front of the worlds greatest source of information and content in the history of mankind, so why not just turn off that brainwashing box called a TeeVee! We often hear of the “culture war” raging in America by one blathering entity or the other, but suffice it to say what is at risk here is Faith! Faith, seems to be an enduring and unique human ability in which we as humans BELIEVE something so strongly as to make it a “fact” rather than the cold hard scientific tangible reality! This ability to “have faith” in something is so strong, as to be able through it’s manipulation change the whole course of human history in an instant of generational time!

While many attribute Faith as being a religious condition, I find that to be a false premise. Actually religion is an attempt to manipulate “human faith” or what is really “human spirituality”. Throughout time mankind, through one from or another, has tried to express and encapsulate this feeling of being more than ones self and somehow an extension of a greater power. (A power that is becoming more explanatory as we expand the reaches of our collective knowledge of the “known universe”.) Art, music, literature, they all have been and are being used to express these thoughts and feelings of spirituality and connection with something greater than ourselves. Now these same tools are being used to enslave us more, day by day!

The Mega Glomerate Main Stream Media and it’s government lackeys is currently in a desperate struggle to remain relevant and maintain absolute control of peoples “faith” in them. Yet the truth about the government and the lamestream media and the reality of their “Alice in Wonderland” machinations is being exposed by the internet with the vast ability to broadcast to the world, that the wizard is a sham and the “King has no clothes”

The MGMSM through it’s insidious greed based collective efforts to shape America’s soul, via it’s subversive programming, ideologically slanted news reporting and analysis, along with the MGMSM’s psychologically deceptive advertising practices, has produced generations of spiritually bankrupt, economically enslaved consumers of the ultimate shit sandwich, i.e. the current geopolitical landscape!

We are, as Americans, trapped in this culture cage besieged on all sides by greedy special interests hammering at our collective psyche to be this, buy that, and swallow the latest bad medicine from a corrupt government bent on keeping us all mentally, financially, and spiritually enslaved! It is time for us throw off the harness of the plantation mentality and get the government back to it’s core principles and out of our lives forever!

That said we must reject the status quo in it’s entirety. Turn OFF your brainwashing box (TeeVee) and turn on to the internet, where you can find the information you want, when you want, where you want, and at a time convenient for you NOT for them. The current MGMSM information dissemination paradigm is DEAD. The MGMSM is a lumbering expensive dinosaur on it’s way to the tar pits of history! Remember the tune “Video Killed the Radio Star”? Well the Internet has already killed the MGMSM, they just don’t know they are dead yet!
